Project Manager – Office Fit Out
📍 South Manchester (with travel across the North West and occasionally Nationwide)
💰 £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + benefits
Our client is a well-established office fit out contractor with an annual turnover of around £10m, delivering high-quality commercial interiors across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence and repeat business, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, typically valued between £100k and £2m. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of fit out and refurbishment projects
Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors
Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
About You
Circa 4–5 years’ experience in a project management role
Background in commercial fit out preferred; other fit out or interiors experience also considered
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Flexible to travel as required (mainly North West, occasional Nationwide)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
